Can I apply if I don’t live in Bangalore?
Yes. We hire from anywhere in India. The jobs are in Bangalore, in families’ homes. Apply online or on WhatsApp from wherever you are, and we’ll call you.
Where will I stay in Bangalore?
On a 24-hour live-in placement you stay with the family, who provide your meals and a place to rest. For 12-hour shifts you arrange your own stay — tell us when we call and we’ll discuss what suits you.
Why do you need my Aadhaar card?
Families let our staff into their homes, so every caregiver is police-verified. Your Aadhaar is used only to confirm your identity and for police verification, and only the owner of ND Misal can see it.
I don’t have a nursing qualification. Can I still apply?
Yes. A GNM, ANM or B.Sc Nursing qualification is needed only for home nurse jobs. Patient attendants, elder caregivers and baby caretakers can apply without one.
Can men apply?
Yes. Male patient attendants and caregivers are regularly needed, especially for male patients.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews your application and calls you on the mobile number you gave. Keep your phone on, and keep your original Aadhaar card ready for the document check.
