What is a japa caretaker?

Japa is the traditional care period after delivery, usually around 40 days. The caretaker looks after the new mother with massage, hot-water baths and diet, and helps with the newborn.

I live in another state. Can I apply?

Yes. We hire from anywhere in India. The job itself is in Bangalore, in a family’s home. Apply online or on WhatsApp from wherever you are, and our team will call you to talk it through.

Where will I stay in Bangalore?

On a 24-hour live-in placement you stay with the family, who provide your meals and a place to rest. For 12-hour day or night shifts you arrange your own stay, so tell us when we call and we’ll discuss which placement suits you.
