These terms apply when you use this website or arrange home care through ND Misal Home Health Care in Bangalore.

Our services

We arrange home nurses, patient attendants, elder caregivers, newborn and mother caretakers for families. The exact duties, shift, start date and charges are agreed with you before care begins.

Not emergency care

Home care is not a substitute for a doctor or emergency services. In a medical emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.

Charges & payment

Charges depend on the type of care, the shift and the patient’s needs, and are confirmed with you in advance. For live-in care, the family provides meals and a place to rest for the caregiver.

Changes & replacements

If you are not comfortable with a caregiver, tell us and we will discuss a change. Please give us reasonable notice if you want to pause or end a placement.
