This policy explains how ND Misal Home Health Care ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects the information you share with us through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp.

Families enquiring about care

• When you request a call back we collect your name, mobile number, area, the type of care and shift you need, and anything you tell us about the patient.
• We use this only to call you, understand the care needed, suggest a caregiver and arrange the service.
• Details about a patient’s health are shared only with the caregiver placed with you, as far as they need to know to provide care.

People applying for a job

• When you apply through our careers page we collect your name, age, mobile number, gender, education, experience, where you live, your Aadhaar number and a photo of your Aadhaar card.
• Your Aadhaar number and card photo are used only to confirm your identity and for police verification before placement. They are stored privately and can be viewed only by the owner of ND Misal. Our other team members see only the last four digits.
• With your consent, we share your identity details with the police for verification.
• If you are not hired, we delete your Aadhaar number and card photo within 90 days of your application. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the people needed to provide the service or complete verification, and where required by law.
